Working at Our School
Maria Valdez (Principal)
One of the great things about Bambini is the teachers’ dedication to providing high-quality education and meeting the unique needs of their students. These educators show genuine love, care, and respect for their young pupils, creating a nurturing school environment that feels like a second home.
A positive aspect of working at Bambini is the mutual support and cooperation among colleagues. Teachers engage in effective communication to collaborate, strategize, and reach decisions collectively. Additionally, this year, teachers have acclimated comfortably to the new system and management.

Kumiko Saito (Deputy Principal)
Over the last 30 years, I have devoted my life to working with children, observing the extraordinary sensitivity and limitless potential they exhibit in a Montessori educational setting. As the head of after-school program, I aim to create a lively environment where children can participate in fun and enriching activities, enabling them to express themselves openly and seek my support whenever necessary.
I aspire to create an atmosphere that not only fosters creativity and exploration but also supports their emotional and social development. In addition, I am committed to continually expanding my own knowledge and skills through various training sessions, ensuring that I provide the best possible care and education. I envision our school as a haven for families, one that not only prioritizes children’s growth but also offers essential support for their overall well-being and welfare.
